Step 1: Contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time for your initial consultation. We will send you our Health Appraisal questionnaires which you will be required to complete and return to us 3 days prior to your consultation.
Step 2: At your consultation, we will agree upon your short and long term goals. You will be shown how you can be more successfull at your chosen sport. You’ll then decide which Self Solutions Programme would be ideal to guarantee you achieve your goals.
Step 3: Begin your Self Solutions Programme, be supported all the way, see and feel the difference in your performance.
