Self Holistic Health is under one of the viaducts from the Chelmsford Train Station which we are a short walk from as well as the Chelmsford bus station. We are a 10 minute walk from Chelmsford high street, where you can walk towards the train station, then follow the road under the bridge and we will be down the road on the left. When driving to us, you take a left off of Parkway (A1060) southbound onto a small and quite 1 way road, where you can find parking spaces on that road.

Self is a fantastic gym. With professionally designed personal programs to follow, as long as you turn up and do your thing your results are guaranteed. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is without fault. It's exactly what I needed as a newbie to physical fitness and I can highly recommend it.

Self is an excellent gym. Christian and all the staff are really friendly and helpful and work hard to help you achieve your goals. Since joining I have been able to return to playing rugby after tearing my acl in my knee. Would recommend to anyone of all abilities and goals.

Self Holistic Health is a great environment for both sports specific training and health related goals. The staff are very approachable and full of knowledge. The members are also very friendly and seem to appreciate the gym; it's always nice and tidy which you would never find in a big commercial setting. I would highly recommend anyone to pop in for session, it’s a great space to work out and they have some excellent functional training equipment!
